  • The candidate should be able to develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • The prospective hire should be able to evaluate daily operations
  • The candidate must monitor staff performance
  • The future employee should be able to plan and organize daily operations
  • The selected individual must supervise staff
  • The applicant must train staff.
  • The applicant should determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures for producing safe food.
  • To evaluate a business, the applicant should balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
