- The candidate must focus on repair work, restoring damaged, deteriorated, or broken items to good condition.
- The candidate must work in various locations to support employees stationed at different worksites.
- The candidate should be involved in the maintenance, repair, and maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings.
- The candidate must work in a commercial setting that fosters a workforce of highly competent, respectful, mature, and accountable employees working toward a common goal.
- The candidate must work in residential settings, performing tasks on one-, two-, and three-family dwellings.
- The candidate must work in troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve technical or operational issues, ensuring systems and equipment function efficiently.
